Data received from the Western-style accounting system should automatically go to 1C in order to avoid the laborious manual operations that require entering primary documents into the accounting system.
After setting up the electronic exchange, in order to prepare regulated reporting, the data are downloaded from the Western accounting system to 1C. Reports for submission to the tax agency are generated by 1C in full accordance with the current legislation.
This exchange can be configured automatically, and will not affect the operation of users.
DATA EXCHANGE WITH 3PL PROVIDERS:
To obtain operational information on stock balances, movement of goods, the formation of a shipment request, we configure the integration of the customer’s main accounting system with a 3pl provider.
We have experience working with large companies that use 3PL providers as their main warehouses: Panalpina, Kuehne + Nagel, Nippon Express, DHL, Arvato and others.
The information is exchanged in real time. This reduces the time it takes to ship goods to the Customer.
